Dalal has a Master of Science degree in Immunology and Immunogenetics from the University of Manchester. She has more than 14 years of experience working in health and insurance sectors managing multiple leadership roles within Operations and focusing on improving customer experience.

She led a couple of strategic projects embracing digital adoption that led to significant saving and better efficiency. Currently, she is leading the VBHC agenda within Bupa Arabia in alignment with Regulators framework and the Kingdom vision, through reimagining the providers-payors relationship into learning collaboration environment where both are focusing on delivering the best health outcomes which will positively impact the medical inflation curve.
