Fares has over 20years in consulting, implementation, and change enablement. He has been leading Capadev’s end-to-end implementation of VBHC initiatives covering training, rollout support, data management and analytics and accreditation.

His work covers working with a variety of providers of prevention and care services, public and private payers, and life science companies on capabilities, data analytics, value improvements, payment models and the setting-up and management of Provider Learning Collaboratives often with payers and life science companies involved.

Fares has in particular extensive experience in the Kingdom, with a track record of implementation since 2018 and multiple implementation sites, in addition to extensive knowledge of the local landscape and the stakeholders.
