Dr. Mostafa is currently the Group Chief Quality Officer of Saudi German Health, where he leverages his extensive expertise in healthcare quality management. Previously, he served as the director of the hospitals accreditation department at the Saudi Central Board for Accreditation of Healthcare Institutes, collaborating with national stakeholders to develop vital health policies aimed at enhancing patient safety.
He successfully led the AMAN program, a national initiative that significantly improved compliance with essential safety standards in hospitals. As an international surveyor with the ACHSI and a leadership surveyor for CBAHI, Dr, Mostafa plays a key role in shaping national hospital standards.
His accolades include the King Abdulaziz Excellence Award for the first private hospital in Saudi Arabia to achieve this distinction. A certified trainer with ASQ and an instructor in Total Quality Management at the American University in Cairo, he is also certified in healthcare quality (CPHQ), Six Sigma (CSSGB, CSSBB), and possesses a robust background in data analysis and clinical governance.
Additionally, he serves as a senior member of ASQ and has acted as a Prelim Judge for the International Excellence Teams Award in the USA. He possesses strong expertise in data analysis and clinical governance, making significant strides in healthcare quality improvement both nationally and internationally.
