He has PhD in Care and Public Health, creating a value-based healthcare research line – Maastricht University, Netherlands. He is a researcher and statistician in health policy and value-based health care. Furthermore, he is a certified accreditation surveyor, certified in CPHQ (NAHQ), CPPS (NPSF/IHI), CPHRM (AHA), CSSGB (ASQ), CKPIP (KPII), and VBHC Certified Green Belt and Trainer (VBHC Center Europe).
