Dr. Nebras is the Director of Population Health at CHI leading population health initiatives and measuring population health and outcomes of care at scale. She has worked on national and regional projects within the Healthcare Transformation Program and Health Holding Company to improve healthcare quality and outcomes of care. She has also worked in academia and research as an Assistant professor at King Abdulaziz University Faculty of Medicine with over 10 publications.

Nebras is a Public Health Consultant and holds a Masters and Doctoral degree in Public Health with a concentration in Health Policy and Management from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. She has completed her postdoctoral fellowship at the Johns Hopkins Hospital researching and implementing hospital and clinic-based programs related to population health improvement.
